When dropping off vehicles

Please leave your contact details A mobile phone number you can be contacted on (Include any special instructions you may have)
For payments and collection of vehicles
Over the phone payments, wherever possible We will organise with you the collection of keys Your invoice and receipt will be left on your passenger seat
Care of your vehicle
1. Litter removed and discarded. 2. Pollen filters removed and replaced if necessary 3. Sanitising A/C system with deodoriser/disinfectant. 4. Sanitised wipes used through the whole service/repair process., including the dash and steering wheel.
Care of our staff
1. Correct Social Distancing measures at all times 2. Counter areas disinfected regularly 3. Correct hand hygiene performed before and after each entry to your vehicle 4. Absolute minimal contact with cabin and driving areas 5. Car keys wiped over before returning your vehicle to you
